Hi, I’m Eli Buckley, founder of Inside Out Performance. I’ve spent over a decade living and breathing competitive athletics, with 9 years of competitive track experience that includes running for Dorman High School, earning All-American honors at North Greenville University, and lettering in track at the University of Alabama.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, and I’m a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist. My passion is helping athletes and individuals develop from the inside out—combining speed, power, and mindset training to unlock peak performance.
